Privacy policy according to Art. 13 and 14 of the EU-DSGVO

As a consulting company focusing on marketing, advertising and event strategies, Läderach & Partner feels particularly committed to the protection of personal data. In the following, we would like to briefly explain how we use your data and protect it from unauthorized access. In principle, the protection of your privacy is our top priority. Therefore, compliance with the legal provisions on data protection is a matter of course for us.

Personal data

This includes all data records that contain personal identity information, i.e. information that can be explicitly used to learn your identity. This includes information such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. On our website, we offer you the opportunity to contact us by e-mail. As a matter of principle, we only request the data that is necessary in the individual case for a service you have requested. Personal data of our users is only collected if you provide it to us voluntarily or if it is necessary for the provision of a functional website and our content and services. The processing purpose of this data is therefore the execution of the contract, based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

Data will not be passed on to third parties. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data that may be collected by other components of our website also does not take place.

The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Storage may take place beyond this if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract. As a responsible company, we also refrain from automatic decision-making or profiling.

You can request information at any time as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed by us and for what purpose. This includes:

  • the categories of personal data which are processed;

  • the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data concerning you has been or will be disclosed – if relevant;

  • the planned duration of the storage of the personal data concerning you or, if concrete information on this is not possible, criteria for determining the storage period;

  • the existence of a right of appeal to a supervisory authority;

  • any available information on the origin of the data, if the personal data is not collected from the data subject.

Your right to object

If you object to the processing of personal data, it will no longer be processed unless there are demonstrably compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims. If the personal data concerning you is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing.

You have the right to revoke your declaration of consent under data protection law at any time. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. If you have provided us with personal data, you can prohibit us from further use and request deletion at any time. Simply contact us by mail.

A combination of this data with other data sources to create personal user profiles is not made. The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Cookies

The website of Läderach & Partner uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on a computer system via a browser and usually contain a so-called cookie ID for unique identification. This ID consists of a string of characters by which websites and servers can be assigned to the specific browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the visited websites and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other browsers that contain other cookies. A specific browser can therefore be recognized and identified via the unique cookie ID.

Through the use of cookies, Läderach & Partner can provide the users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the cookie setting. Therefore, by means of a cookie, the information and offers on our website can be optimized in the interests of the user.

The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the browser used. In addition, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time via a browser or other software programs. If the data subject deactivates the setting of cookies in the browser used, not all functions of our website may be fully usable.

Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Using X (formerly Twitter)

The short messaging service X (formerly Twitter) intends to use user-provided content, as well as content from other sources, to train AI models and machine learning techniques in the future. This is the result of an updated privacy policy that will go into effect on September 29. While the guidelines state that they apply to data "that we collect," company CEO Elon Musk clarified in a tweet that they only apply to public data, "not DMs or anything private." However, only the privacy policy is legally binding. According to them, X will also collect biometric data in the future. Twitter.com

Use of LinkedIn

We use components of the LinkedIn network on our website. LinkedIn is a service of LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. With each individual call-up of our website that is equipped with such a component, this component causes the browser you are using to download a corresponding representation of the component from LinkedIn. This process informs LinkedIn which specific page of our website is currently being visited. If you click the LinkedIn “Recommend Button” while logged into your LinkedIn account, you can link the content of our pages on your LinkedIn profile. This enables LinkedIn to associate the visit to our pages with your LinkedIn user account.

We have no influence on the data that LinkedIn collects through this, nor on the scope of this data collected by LinkedIn. We also have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted to LinkedIn. Details on data collection by LinkedIn as well as your rights and settings options can be found in LinkedIn's privacy policy.
